I believe everyone have their own passion. My passion is someday i wanna open my own handicraft shop. I love to do cross stitch and want to combine it with something unique.

I realize when people around me said i'm creative and also talented with cross stitch. I still a young stitcher seriously i start to stitch such a year ago and met many fabuluos and expert stitcher that why i can learn so fast until now.

I still not believe that i'm talented like people told me so. I love art thingy but i never got any art achievement in my life until those moments come to my life

1. In February 2013, my cross stitch works "The Central Javanese Wedding got framed" being choosen as the best choice from Deviantart Indonesia.
Fyi, Devianart is the world largest online art community and showing 256 million pieces of art from over 26 million registered artist and art appreciators. Seriously, am i still dreaming? how can my works getting Daily Month Deviation (DD) standing together with the best another indonesian's artist?

2.  In the last November 2012, my cross stitch works "A Row of Love by Dimensions" also chosen for November 2012 featured in Deviants Gallery group.

I can't say anything. still speechless and i really wanna say thank you for all my Friends who always support and encourage me with your words! Those two achievements are really have deep meaning from me. It make me realize that my passion is still in art and those the enough reasons why i want to open my handicraft business someday.

Huwaa it's already six months i haven't been wrote anything in my blog. There were many things happen in over past six months in my life.

I remembered on friday, 29th March 2013 i passed the administration test for Indonesia Eximbank test and go to another process that we called written test that consist of banking and factual news knowledge (Stage two). We will get the news if we are passed or not in the afternoon. my feeling was not good you know what i found the questions "When is the peace day being celebrated?" or such as "Which country will be the host of Asian games 2013?"  it's also remind me my failure when i took ministry foreign affairs' exam in last september 2012 :'(

Almost two o'clock in the afternoon the test result being announced and yayy i shocked my name written as who passed the test and eligible to continue in next test which means Psychological test (Stage three). Many test that i have been going through until in the dawn. I remembered the difficult and tiring one was Pauli test. we have to count the mathematical number until the speaker said "finish". It takes one hour and i already finish my second half pages. They want to know how you handle your stress and working in under pressure. I have to catch up my train to my home and i just do my best. They will announce it you passed or not to the stage four test.

In the night, I shout loudly when i got text message that i have been passed to stage four test which means TOEIC test. Aahh i never going through this english test before since i only try IELTS and TOEFL test before. I try to learn as much as i can do. thanks to application in my android i can study at least a little bit and in the night they told me that i have passed to stage five test which means interview with the human resources consultant in Kemang. I still shocked how i can passed to stage five of test in just such three days? It's tiring seriously i got the interview schedule on 10.00 A.M and i already arrived on 06.00 A.M. I'm optimistic that i will passed the interview test since i can answer the question clearly and my assesor also very friendly >//<

After waiting for one week without certainty, I'm happy that i passed to stage six of test which means

interview with Indonesia Eximbank's human resources head department. i'm being interviewed in 12 PM in the headquarter's office. I really love their office. So Indonesia and ethnic! wayang, batik and carving collection in everywhere. i wish i can work in there someday. Thanks god my interview with them run smoothly. I hope i can continue to another test stage.

I believe if Almighty Allah SWT will give the best one for me. I don't want have  any high expectation. I remembered clearly on friday, 12th April i was announced passed the test and continue to next test which means medical check up in another day. Oh my, I'm so grateful that i can passed until the last test. the laboratory's staff check all of my health start from my blood until my heart and thorax. It's complicated medical check up and i hope there are no something wrong in my health. It's just one another step to my finish line.

Finally, i'm happily announced that on friday, 26th April 2013 i was accepted as Indonesia Eximbank's employee. I'm really shocked when i know from 3.208 applicant only 30  people include me that being accepted as employees, Thanks god for your kindness, your way for me. I believe what you choose for me it's already the best one for me. :')

In, 18th August 2011 i visited my mom,who worked in Indonesian Embassy in Algeria for celebrated ramadhan and Ied mubarak day. This is the first time in my life that i have opportunity to see the real one of Africa's country. *My dad actually has been gone to Capetown, South Africa a couple years ago.

At the first time, iam scared because this country's mother languange are Arabic and French languange.. *poor me even though i was born in France i can't handle french languange at all >//< .. Iam looked at AIESECs Countries member and finally found there is AIESEC Algeria. I want spent my vacation with meaningful activities. Since i was LCVP Communication 10/11 in AIESEC LC Surabaya so i want became Communication CEEDer in that country. Giving them proper training and coaching, giving feedback about their past perfomance since they still 3 years established. It uneasy task because i have AIESEC Indonesia's name in my shoulder. *okay, i will told more my AIESEC Experience in Algeria in the other post! :)

Algeria is one of the Largest country in Africa. it Located on North Africa and neighborhood of Libya, Tunisia and Marocco. the Capital city named Algiers and there are 30,821,000 people who lived there. Their religion are Islam (Sunni) 99% (state religion), Christian and Jewish 1%. They use Algerian Dinar as money currency. In Indonesia, we more familiar with Aljazair for called this country :) :)

taken from : www.worldatlas.com

Spending my holiday in Algeria is priceless experience. you will never be open-minded and big hearts if you only spend your day only your own country. Going aboard to a place that i never imagined before is challenging and make myself more proud to be Indonesian's Citizen.

At the first time, i'm kinda shocked when i know the working culture in that country still low. it's really different when you are having aboard to Asian's countries which there's time never sleeps, everything have fast rhytm. The infractructure also make me confused it's look like iam back to Indonesia's around 60-70's era. they are still developed their infrastructre and public transportation's management for the next few years :) .they also stricted with franchise and western's fast food such as K*C, M*D and etc. trust me, you will never found any fast food branch that i mentioned above. =__=a

The great thing in Algeria are the people is so nice and warmth, they really care for their friend and close each other. Indonesia and Algeria looks like brotherhood since that i knew our last former president, Ir.Soekarno helped their independence. some of tourist spot are really great! i love the air, cultural heritage and the deep blue sea in there. it still original and they keep it very well.. i can see clearly the result of Rome's ancients and heritage.

let's check it out some glimpse of my memorable journey :)

Houari Boumediene Airport in Algiers (Airport Sign board)

Ministry of Finance in Algiers

The beaches in Ain Taya

Algerian sweet and cookies :D

Tipaza (UNESCO World Heritage Ancient Rome Site)

Tomb of Juba I et Cleopatra Selene II, Tipaza
*NB: people said that here graveyard for daughter of Cleopatra

Monument de' Martys / Makam-Ech-Chahid
*This is the symbol of the city. It is a magnificent structure that was built as a testimony to the brave spirit of the many people who laid down their lives for the independence of the country

Me and my Algeria Friend in Benaknoun :)

Me and My family at Sidi Fredj, Algeria

Notradame D'Afrique
*it's the well-know tourist spot in Algiers. the unique one is this is church but looks like mosque

me and my Algerian Friends at Salle El Mougar, Algiers

Me and my algerian friend in Babezzouar

The important things to remember :
1. Languange. At least, you have to be experienced in Arabic and French Languange. most of Algeria's citizen cannot understand english :)
2. Customs. When they meet other people, they usually greet them with kiss right and left side cheek two times. i know this customs is adapted from French's greeting :)
3. Food. Never expect (for Asian people) you can found Rice everywhere. they used to eat baguette (long bread) and salad. You can found Pizza's restaurant in everywhere you go. their traditional food are Beef/chicken couscous' Soup, Rechta's noodles and etc
4. Drive-wheel. Algeria's car have drive-wheel on the left side. so if you usually drive car from the right side, you need to practice before drive in left side :)
5. Architecture. Since they coloniazed by French a long time ago. most of their buildings architecture taken from french especially when you go to Algiers
6. cookies. they love to eat very sweet cookies. that's why the ingredients of cookies can be honey and sugar. try not eat too much cookies if you have diabetes's disease :)
7. tradition. there's a tradition when you are girl and already married. when you back to your original home your dad and brother's hand hold each other in front of the door and you need to walking slowly under their hand. it means that your family welcoming and wishing you for start new life from now *CMIIW
8. Wedding. they wearing two types of clothes for the weddingn reception. the traditional one which called "haik" a veil like fabric that covers the woman from head to toe and the other one it can be kaftan and etc

unfortunately i'm only spent my journey just one month but i've already learn a lot.
so this is my travelling story, how about you? :)
merci beaucoup Algerie! *hug

Cheers!

NB: thanks to Nazim and Zaki who correcting me that Algeria is the largest country in Africa hehe :3

when i already graduate from Economics and Business Faculty from Airlangga University, Surabaya last October 2011. i need move out to Jakarta. this fact situation kinda freak me out. why? there are some reasons that i fear at jakarta :

first, iam a person who always stay at home. iam only go hang out to the nearest mall/place or go sightseeing with my family. i don't have any experience remembering jakarta's map. *blind for jakarta's map

second, i hate the traffic jam at jakarta. we lose our time and energy on it. it totally different with Surabaya. i can still go to campus 30 minutes before the classes start.

Third, iam afraid with the bad condition of public transportation at jakarta. seriously, there are alternative for a good one. but i can't drive out car and motorcycle at all. it make me worry about the increasing number of criminality

Now, the situation is totally changed my mindset! until now i still can't believe that i can do anything that i hate most! *DRIVING CAR and COOKING

when i thought about the bad condition our public transportation management, i learn and try convice myself agian to fluent my driving car lesson! it's uneasy for me because since i don't know jakarta's map. (i know i'm still lose in jakartas road =___=a).I can say i proud myself who brave driving car in such hectic and crowded city with family car. at least, now i can be driver-assistant for my dad. I don't want my dad exhausted and sick because driving car :)

At first, when i lived with my auntie in surabaya. seriously, iam asking myself why i need to help cooking and cutting down the ingredients. it's not the activity that i like. but since i move out to jakarta and i plan to having master degree aboard someday i have to be more independent. i don't want eating for fast food everyday so i need to cook by myself. i learn from recipe books and voila i can make it! i already know how to cook fish and soup! it will be my one of skill that i need it for having family in the future!

so, based on my story above i can make conclusion.
Stop limit your thought that you can't do that activity, your mind limit your hidden potential!
stepping out from your comfort zone make you more developing than before!
never say NO for something that you never did before! at least try and do it little by little!

so do you get inspired for stepping your comfort zone now? :)

i know my journey will be hard because i need to convince to people that i loved to. it's just need a small relax conversation to talk what i wanna do in the next future. i know if there's a strong will on it, there will be a way for me! :) :) *keep fighting for your reach your dream! :)

this quotes can be representative my thought (credits to: lanipauli.tumblr.com)

Friday, December 31, 2010

ok guys today is the last day on December 2010. so i want to review there are things happened in my life in this year :

#2010 memories :
in January 2010, i have finished my term as Vice-president Communication and Technology in HIMA Prodi S1 Manajemen and i don't regret my journey. i love my team as well thanks to Triana, opie and Faisal who helps me a lot!

#2010 memories :
in february 2010, its honored i'm being Organizing Commitee president for National planning Conference in AIESEC Indonesia. Surabaya will be the host of this cool conference and the delegates from 6 cities in Indonesia. i'm get many things learning in here. i only have 5 teams member and handle 150 delegates in one week. i know many things happen in here. but its make me realize what is the next goal in my AIESEC Experience?

#2010 memories :
in March 2010, i got broke-up with my boyfriend. i know that he has other woman that he likes. ok its really damn hurt at the first. but i believe in the outside of the world there are many man who will loved me just who iam. right now he still be one of my best friends. broke-up doesn't means friendships is over too right? :)

#2010 memories :
in May 2010, i have elected as Vice-President Communication AIESEC Surabaya. wow! thats so amazing experience because many people who apply but i'm the one who elected. i really learned a lot being an Executive Boards not easy as your imagination. you must handle people on ur department, you are being the role model for your members so thats why its not easy everyone watching your action and attitude as leader

#2010 memories :
in July 2010, i got hospitalized because dengue. hahaa and i must bedrest for four days. my mom come from jakarta and taken care of me. its enough just for once i get dengue :)

#2010 memories :
in still same Month, i have to practice my knowledge to the villagers in outside Surabaya. we called it about "KKN" i miss my time for teaching the Elemetary school in Desa Tenggulunan, my friends and the bakso as well

#2010 memories :
in November 2010, yahh its same with my posting before. i got operation for "it" disease and i have the biggest decision for being vegetarian. so here iam now i'm lacto-vetarian

#2010 memories :
in November 2010, my mom working aboard to Algeria for four years. she wishes in 2011 i must be graduate and having master degree as well. so its like promise for me to fulfill her wish :)

#2010 memories :
still in the same month, i'm honored being judges for workshop public relations in my campus. and another judges asking me working for her, unfortunately, i'm still not graduate yet. i get the experience have meeting with head of public relations in surabaya's government wow! thanks to AIESEC Surabaya who give this cool opportunity

#2010 memories :
i chose marketing managemnet as my major. i know its challenge me because there are some rumors that it will hard to get good mark, killer lecturer and hard to graduate but i prove that i get good mark easily, the lecturer is not killer . i'm proud being marketing management student

so there above about my #2010memories haha its like brief description what happen in 2010. i hope i can be better person in every year and can fulfil my wish in 2011.

thanks a lot
adios! :)
hey everyone! its a long time i didn't updates my blog haha.. the time is not easy for writing my story.

ok, i want to share about this few month. i really unwell in November 2010. when i felt there is "something" inside my body. so i check up to hospital in internal part section yahh i'm shocked when the doctor diagnosed me "it" disease.

i know its not a big deal disease because i can be healthy again after get operation immediately. but i asking why in myself? what i must supposed to do? must i told my parents? yes, i must told them about "it"

my mom is shocking when she heard me about "it" disease. know she remembered about my grandma who already passed away and got same disease. she told me to do operation in jakarta hospital immediately after i finish middle-exam

ok, i'm already got operation in jakarta's hospital and still in recovery time. i must have medical check up again in this january 2011. well, its not easy i realize its happened because i have bad habit. i love to eat padang food everyday without balancing with vegetables and fruits.

so the biggest decision i have made :

"i will not eat any kinds of meat (chicken, cow or lamb) in the end of my life. i'm still eat fish and egg. so here iam now. i'm lacto-vetarian"

i have already not eat any kinds of meat almost 3 months. i know its for sake my health. i'm not regret to have that decision. but one thing i know, its enough to get operation once on my life. i must respect to my body from now.. its important to balance vegetables and fruits to your body.

"Health is so expensive, i realized this after i spent almost 20 million for being healthy"

how about you? are you already keep your body healthy?

When I saw you
for the first time
I knew you were the one
You didn’t say a word to me
but love was in the air

When you held my hand
pulled me into your world
from then all of my life
has changed for you
now I never feel lonely again

‘coz you’re in my life
Love, how can I explain to you
the way I feel inside
when I think of you
I thank you
for everything that you showed me
Don’t you ever forget
that I love you

Love, I know that someday will soon
you’ll be right next to me

Holding me so tight
so I’ll always be yours
although we can’t be
together now
remember I am here for you
when I know you’re there for me
Whenever I long to be with you
I just close my eyes and pretend you’re here
I see you I touch you I feel you
I will
nothing can ever change
what I feel inside

How long must I be far away from you
I don’t know dear but
I know we are one

Baiklahh. karena aku pernah mengalami sakit Demam berdarah kita singkat dengan *DBD ya dan kayaknya lagi musim orang sakit DBD. aku mau ngasi tips dan trik gimana aja supaya trombositnya cepat naik.. *based on my experience

Kalo kalian sudah mengalami gejala-gejala seperti berikut :
1. Demam tinggi selama 3 hari (gak mempan dikasi obat penurun panas)
2. badan lemas dan kuat berdiri lama-lama
3. kepala pusing

4. Minum sari kurma
ini adalah minuman yang waktu DBD aku sering minum yaitu sari kurma. kalo pas sari kurma yang aku minum itu diminum 3 kali sehari. tiap kali minum itu mesti 2 sendok makan. tapi it really works for me.

5. Minum buah anchuy

*gak lagi deh >.<

Milikilah hati yg luas, seluas langit biru.
Kakek Mikage-seluas langit biru

*big thanks to Sitta Karina. Her works, poems and quote from her books give me spirit that i can't stop believing and keep struggle for my dream :)

huaaaa!! sedihh banget gw LCC gw ancur berantakan. ada yang aneh sama badan gw sejak gw sampe di Mojokerto.. badan gw anget! tadinya sihh gw diemin aja cuma minum panadol aja. mungkin gw kecapekan gara2 kemaren abiz UAS, skarang udah cabut buat LCC aja.

tapi makin malam kok badan gw makin gak beres? makin panas?! nah loo? gw minum panadol dan jaket berlapis-lapis kok gak turun2?

*keringat dingin gw jadinya
M : "lihatt nihh dokk. saya negatif kena tipes! hahaha"
D : "iya mbak.. kamu gak kena tipes, tapi POSITIF DBD!"

M : "bisa diulangi dok?"

D: "Anda positif kena DBD!"
M: ......................

mau tau lanjutan ceritanya? just wait it.. (to be continued)
I've got AIESEC Plague and ready to give impacts! itulah motto dan objektif dari Local Commitee Conference 2010 yang mau dilaksanain 9 - 11 juli 2010 di mojokerto. ahhh! gw udah gak sabar menantikan LCC datang? kenapa gak sabarnya? karena ini pertama kalinya gw menjadi facilitators atau disebut facis. dan gw dapet materi AIESEC Experience yang akan dijelaskan kepada newbie2 tercinta.. penting banget mereka tahu tentang AIESEC XP kalo gak mereka gak bisa ambil AIESEC opportunities dan pentingnya nyelesein every stage in AIESEC Xp!

tapi asli LCC kali ini gw lagi ribet.. bukan ribet sama preparationnya maksud gw, tapi ribet banget dengan ujian gw. ujian gw baru selese tgl 8 Juli 2010 sedangkan LCC dimulai tanggal 9 Juli dan FYI, gw tanggal 12 juli akan berangkat buat KKN! *belom packing bla bla.. *heyaaa >.<

padahal chair dari LCC ini adalah Ika Rahmayutari. hayoo pada tahu gak siapa itu? she is
incredible person and can inspire person. dia adalah MCP AIESEC Indonesia 1011 *MC boow.. dan gw penasaran kerja bareng dia gimana ya?udah gitu kita melibatkan Local partner kita yaitu SL MPPO dalam outbondnya ntar waaa! XD

*i'm so waiting for it!
bismillahh.. semoga gw bisa seleseikan amanat sebagai facis! really! i'm totally excited! meet newbie! works with Ika! give my session! i'm really wait this cool LCC! :)

aku adalah aku.
aku ingin dicintai dengan sederhana.

aku adalah aku.
aku bukan superwoman.

aku lelah dinilai hebat
aku cuma cewek biasa
yang bisa sayang sama kamu!

tatap dan pandang aku lekat2
kenali aku lebih dekat
aku adalah aku.
kamu adalah kamu
mereka adalah mereka

jangan pandang aku seperti itu
lihat aku lebih dalam
dan nilai aku lebih dekat

satu pintaku
bisakah kamu lakukan itu?
aku hanya ingin kamu mengenalku sebagai aku
aku adalah marina
bukan aku yang kamu pikirkan

that's simple enough right?

exciting? yes! happy? yes! challenging? yes! new opportunity? yes!!

i can't explain my feelings right now. its absolutely mix up into one. how come?

we will get new baby! ahaha.. i means that

AIESEC Surabaya will get NEW MEDIA PARTNER! *sst, the name still secret okayy?

WOHOO! you can imagine that? Communication department will handle the partners! and its the first time we RAISE media partner.. waww! amazing! *thanks a lot for ER department

i know we can make awareness to AIESEC Branding to Surabaya's Citizen! * i hope in my term AIESEC branding will get Desire and Action Stage. in Marketing, we have consumer process (AIDA : Awareness - Interest - Desire and Action). Action means many citizens participate in our activities and we can give impacts more than before

our responsibility is more bigger than before. last time, we only maintain two media partners and now? THREE media partners. it will need a great efforts from my communication team as well. it will challenging ourselves to maintain and seek the opportunities too.

waw! i can't imagine how we can communicate well about AIESEC activities and gives impact to Surabaya's Citizen more and more.
i just believe we can do it!

Dream and action! just prove it and do it for legacy 1011! *bismillahh.. leading our way Allah SWT :)

just stay there
cause i'll be comin over
and while our bloods still young
it's so young
it runs
and we won't stop til it's over
won't stop to surrender
